Clare is a journalist with more than a decade's experience on national newspapers as well as a recipe developer and chef-for-hire.
She worked as a writer and editor on the features desk of a national newspaper before leaving to pursue a passion for food. Since training at Leiths School of Food and Wine she has worked in various restaurant kitchens, as a freelance writer for publications including the Guardian and Telegraph and as Recipe Editor for HelloFresh.
